I’ve spent the last 20 years navigating the space where art and business meet, quietly shaping ideas, teams, and agencies to do their best work while growing their business. Helping creative people thrive, while making sure brands stay sharp, impactful, and real.

My interdisciplinary approach from publishing, art production,
to brand campaigns and NGO’s, I’ve learned that my superpower is identifying the real problem—beneath the noise—and offering elegant, often unexpected, solutions. I don’t do fluff. I do honest conversations, creative thinking, and results that feel right.

My Approach

Working with studios in London, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Geneva, providing strategic business advice, helping organizations grow through new ideas, partnerships, and talent. By identifying growth opportunities and building valuable relationships, I support leadership in making decisions that drive long-term success.

I work in the in-between: where intuition meets insight. Where creative vision meets strategic clarity. Where people feel safe enough to create their best work, and brands feel brave enough to be themselves.

My mission is too bring together art and industry. Create sparks.

How I like to work with artists, the most rewarding part of my job is getting to meet and work with outstanding artists whose work blurs the lines between art, science, and innovation. I help them find their untapped potential and create synergies for them. This give a lot of purpose to my job to feel I have given a positive impact to their trajectory.

Quote from Rapha

Creative studio founder

This girl has all the accolades you expect to see on any top stereotypical CV: Passionate, Hard Working, Dedicated, Ruthless, Reliable, Energetic, Spontaneous, Quiet Achiever, Problem Solver, and Thoughtful. The only difference is we are not a stereotypical brand. We work instinctively and Emma harnesses our primal way of working with professionalism.

Some of the most meaningful projects I’ve worked on include helping the brilliant engineers at GF Machining Solutions feel proud of their work by launching their first cinematic machine campaign, which over-delivered its sales targets. I’ve also crafted playful content for Bulgari in Rome, and, in a rather unexpected twist, managed to turn an influencer project for Timberland Spain into a full-blown partnership with the Spanish Olympic Sailing Team in the lead-up to the London 2012 Olympics—at no cost to the brand.

Emma has been a remarkable influence and contributor to the Wallpaper* success story in the past three years, where she has consistently demonstrated that she is profoundly dedicated and responsible. As an advertising executive, Emma developed and implemented excellent ideas for our magazine and website, demonstrating outstanding leadership, creativity, and organizational skills. I constantly received excellent feedback from other members too. It’s her personality that makes her a pleasure to work with.
